"Amy Knupp's Doctor in Her House (4) has irresistible characters and heart-tugging emotion. Readers won't want to put it down."
--4 stars, Alexandra Kay, Romantic Times Magazine

"THE BOY NEXT DOOR is a heart-wrenching novel of two families caught up in bitterness and blame. Amy Knupp skillfully tells their story with such realism that it is like watching the drama unfold in your own neighborhood. A strong story line, genuine characters and compassionate hero and heroine make for an unforgettable read."
--5 stars, Donna, Cataromance

Photos from The Drive Home (from San Diego to Kansas)

After the conference, my mom and I flew to San Diego to pick up a car for my dad. This awesome little seafood shack is where we ate lunch.

The view at lunch.

We were only in San Diego for about 18 hours, but we made a point of touring the SS Midway.

San Diego was hazy while we were there but I still fell unexpectedly in love with it.

'

Then the drive began...this is a shot of some lava fields in eastern California somewhere.

Lunch break! We ate in the middle of nowhere, where, thankfully, they had a Dairy Queen. This was the view. (Notice the plastic ice cream cone on the right side.)

We stayed overnight in Williams, AZ, on historic route 66. This is an old-fashioned diner across from our motel.

We went a couple hours out of our way to see the Grand Canyon. The sun was hidden so the colors weren't very vivid, but it was breathtaking anyway.

Biiiiig canyon.

We have proof that my mom was there! This is her just before her glasses broke.

And me too! Looking like...I've been driving across the country.

That's where the photos stop, as we became more tired and less interested in digging the cameras out!
